About Hancock A/C & Heating:
Born and educated in Southern California, Craig Hancock started Hancock AC & Heating in Tulare, in 1990. He liked the small town atmosphere and the people he'd meet during his visits.
Together, Craig and Rosemary have grown the company and their family. They raised three beautiful daughters and have been blessed with two beautiful grandchildren. "We love our family and we love what we do, we're truly blessed," says Rosemary.
Although serious about providing excellent products and services, Craig and Rosemary are a lighthearted pair and want your experience with Hancock A/C & Heating to be positive and personal. Your comments and questions are always welcome, so feel free to call or email the Hancock's today!

Phillip Zaragoza
Phillp Zaragoza joined Hancock A/C & Heating after completing the HVAC training at College of the Sequoias. Phillip is very bright and efficient HVAC technician. He makes sure our customers are satisfied when solving your heating and cooling issues.
Cody Johnson
Cody has been with Hancock A/C & Heating since 2010. Cody proudly served in the United States army for eight years which included a tour to Afghanistan and tour to Iraq. We are proud to have him as part of our team.

Joey Woerz
Joey Woerz has been a HVAC technician for approximately 13 years. He is a long-time friend to Craig and Rosemary. His friendly service is always mentioned by our customers making him our number one requested technician.

Matt is the newest member of the Hancock A/C & Heating team. Like many other of our skilled HVAC technicians, Matt completed the HVAC training at College of the Sequoias graduating the top of his class. He is "Certified Technician Excellence"!

Danae Dawes
Danae has been with Hancock A/C & Heating for ten years. She is a long-time friend of the Hancock's. Danae has assisted Craig and Rosemary with the growth of the company. Her knowledge and expertise of the day-to-day functions keeps the business and the technicians running smoothly.
Rose Souza
Rose recently joined Hancock A/C & Heating in 2012. She brought her knowledge of computers to the day-to-day functions of the office making things more computer savvy. Rose developed the website for Hancock A/C & Heating. She also assists Danae with the day-to-day office operations.
Patty Woerz
Patty has been helping out the office since 2011. She always has a smile on her face and willing to come help out during the busiest times of year. Her friendly personality and office skills adds to the Hancock A/C & Heating crew!
"Heff"
Heff is an Old English Bulldog who hangs around with the Hancock A/C & Heating crew! He likes to play with trashcans and old refrigerant jugs. Although big, he is lovable and friendly.
